Category : Xbox Date Added : 2004-05-22 04:10:40 Written By : Probed Out (Matt) At a recent interview, when asked about Xbox Live, Square Enix president, Yoichi Wada said that Xbox Live is not the direction Square Enix wants to take gaming. But later in that same interview, Wada-san also revealed that Square Enix stands exactly the opposite on XNA, Microsoft's new graphics software bridging Windows and Xbox. Wada-san said, "However, the thinking behind the recently announced XNA is extremely similar to what we have in mind. With that meaning, we'll have to from now on discuss XNA, rather than Xbox 2 and such." Take it for what it's worth, but if Xbox keeps getting software updates like this, the future looks bright for Xbox fans who want a taste of Final Fantasy. |
